The Mill at Market West

The mill in Wilmington is the worst they're co-located in a residential building and have been told several times that their parties and loud music disturb the residence. They've been asked to keep the the bass and the volume down to a reasonable level but they refuse and they still allow DJ's to blast music and bass and have no care in the world for their neighbors. Whoever the manager is at the Mill in Wilmington should be fired.

Friendly staff, spacious offices and great membership amenities. I enjoy working in this space.

Great place for parties or meetings. Also great for shared desk or office space. A professional and friendly staff is on hand to answer any questions.

I love working from The Mill!!! This is the perfect mix of quiet work space and great collaborative energy. The layout is modern and cool plus there is all the coffee you can handle. The Mill is perfect for hosting meetings/networking events. Location couldn't be better...walking distance to everywhere in Downtown Wilmington. Super cost effective as well!

We visited The Mill a couple of weeks ago for an event and we were blown away at the comprehensive selection of space here. This place is top notch. The atmosphere here is welcoming and offers everything you'd want from a co-working venue.
