Usually come here for pedis and they are super relaxing but today I came for a full set to see what y’all could do and Michelle gave me exactly what I showed her! The shape is so crisp, she was pretty quick and knowledgeable as well! I’m a natural basic girlie and she delivered!

I took my daughter for her first pedicure & manicure. I should’ve have left when they tried to convince me to just do a polish I had to say multiple times I wanted her to experience a mani/pedi. They rushed her service, & ignored her when she was trying to speak to the lady. I wasn’t able to relax at all, I got a full set & pedicure. My full set is ehh I feel like the shapes of the nails don’t match each other like they rushed through the process. I asked for an ombré toe starting at the bottom I even showed her a picture and I didn’t not get what I showed her I had to tell her to stop twice because she was trying to start at the top. & my feet look like they wee done over a week ago. I used to go to this salon but no more after they refused to do pedicures for me and my daughter on a Sunday at 3:15 (they close at 5). They probably did not have enough technicians but instead of saying and saying it is going to be xx amount of time and let the client decide; they just plainly refused to do it. This is the first time I am refused service an hour and half before the establishment closes. I know they have the right to do so but your business is service oriented and they lacked it today…. Lost a regular client today.

Had an amazing experience at the nail bar yesterday. I got the exact full set I wanted along with a communicative nail tech with humor! Definitely will be coming again! This is legit my most favorite nail set I’ve gotten ever!

the first time i went- i asked for french toes & im normally not the type to say anything if they mess up or if im not satisfied. my mom was with me and let them know it wasn’t what i asked for ( she had painted them white by this point and was trying to add another coat). a lot of the girls came around and one girl in particular was being very rude to me. cool - she ended up doing them french very crooked but i just went with it and knew not to go back for toes. then- i went and got my eyebrows done by them. they did a good job so i went back today. when i walked in the girl who was rude to me looked me up and down and told the girl that i was there for eyebrows but gave me the nastiest look. i sat down waited and when i went back there she completely took off one side and messed it allll
