I honestly didn’t want to leave a review because I don’t want anyone to hear about my little find in Charlotte for the best nail salon. The prices are amazing. The staff is so kind and my nails are the best they’ve ever looked! I’m obsessed with their color selection. They’re always available to do my nails and I never wait. Pheoung is the best!

This was the first time in years that I actually had my nails done instead of just polished, and it was such a great experience! I was immediately offered a beverage — something I’ve never had happen at other salons — which was such a nice touch. I decided to try Gel-X for the first time, even though I was a bit skeptical. Earlier in the day, I had gone to another salon but ended up leaving because I didn’t feel comfortable and the tech couldn’t answer my questions. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts and came here instead because Dana was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything about the Gel-X process and instantly put my mind at ease. She did a fantastic job, and this set is by far my favorite one to date. 10/10 — highly recommend Dana and this salon!

First time here today and they did a great job. Was able to walk in (on a Saturday) and Noel started on my nails within 10 min and did a great job! She ensured I liked the shape & color and was very polite! Just got a natural looking dip powder. I will be back, thank you!

Everyone was nice.. but my nail beds were left with dead/chapped skin around the nails like they were chapped, and one nail bed is pink and was bleeding after the appointment but is still chapped and pink at the nailbed. Id say the skin around my nails were left much worse than when I came in and this makes me a bit sad. I probably didnt notice right away because there was an oil added on during the treatment. I dont get color on my nails, i just wanted the nail care for a vacation.

I got a gel manicure here and was very disappointed. The polish chipped in less than a week and looked cloudy and dull from the start. When I reached out, customer service brushed it off as “wear and tear” and said they could only add a top coat, which doesn’t fix the chipped spots. For the cost of a gel manicure, I expected it to last and look much better. Definitely not worth it. Will be giving my business somewhere else.
