THE NAIL BAR- Hamilton Place ( next to TJ max)

I have never been to this place nor have I made an appointment by myself… That being said, the person answering my questions via Facebook was fabulous… the lady up front and the lady who did my nails were fantastic… They dealt with me and my nonexistent ability to trust the process… I will be coming back again

I have been going here for a few years. I have had many different tech's and I have never been disappointed. Very accommodating! Also I love that they are open on Sunday's because life is crazy during the week.

I went in for a full set and toe polish. I explained that I wanted something simple and elegant for a gala I'll be in attending back home in MS! ALL staff were pleasant ans patient! Linda did my nails ans toes and she was excellent! She is now my new nail tech whenever I ever visit Chattanooga!!!! The picture doesn't do any justice My hands and toes look amazing!!!!!! I went here to spend some quality time with an old friend and it was an amazing experience. I got the cat eye gel + dip during my session and it was awesome. They gave me top tier service, provided me with water, offered me wine, and provided me with the best pedicure I've received since 2013. Five stars. Highly recommend. ***Bonus points for being amazing with children 🥹

I really tried to give this place another chance because they usually do a good job on my nails, but this last visit was my final straw. I don’t know the lady’s name, but she did my pedicure in the same area where you get your nails done instead of having me sit in the back where pedicures are normally done. My feet were literally touching the floor, and I was getting weird looks from other customers. It was honestly embarrassing and uncomfortable. On top of that, she kept bouncing back and forth between me and other people. It felt very unorganized, like they don’t have a clear system for managing walk-ins versus appointments. I was trying to be patient, but it became frustrating. What disappointed me the most is that I was charged a high price and didn’t even receive the full spa exper
