I don’t get my nails done often, so this was a rare treat for myself. I called ahead to confirm pricing and was very specific about what I wanted: short square acrylic French tips. I was quoted $50–$55 and reassured of that price twice on the phone. When I arrived, I was dealing with a stressful situation with my car overheating. One of the staff members came out to tell me it was smoking, which I already knew and was handling. When I came inside, I felt uncomfortable and somewhat judged based on comments that were made, including being asked if I had someone to come pick me up and if I knew how to handle my car. I always have an amazing experience here with Jenny! Every time I leave, my nails are perfect! I went today and had basically lost most of my real thumb nail from a car wreck. Jenny was very gentle when cutting my acrylic/real nail off. She worked a miracle and built me a new thumb nail, so I wouldn’t have to be nail-less. She’s a miracle worker! ❤️

I use to go here regularly but I got my nails done around a week and a half ago and they cut my finger to the point i’m bleeding and they have to tape fabric over my finger. I then don’t get any discount on my set despite being cut beyond a normal cut. Then my nail pops off in 1.5 weeks. Then I come in to get it just glued on and am told to wait 10 minutes….. after 30 i’m told to come back tomorrow.

(I spoke with owner day of the appointment. Not a great feeling getting your nails done and paying for your hands to be in pain for a week.) I recently visited "The Nail CEO" and had a terrible experience. During my manicure, my nails began bleeding six times while the technician was working on them, along with the thumbnail popping off and the technician saying “Oopsies” like this is just some play date. It was extremely painful and concerning. To make matters worse, after leaving the salon, my nails started swelling and bleeding even more. When I returned to the salon to request a refund, they refused to give me my money back.
