The Nail Lab Buckhead

Been going here for years and come out satisfied every time. All the nail techs are talented, kind, and professional. I get complicated designs and never have issues with requests being met, however, I always have a simpler backup design in mind just in case. Salon is clean and odorless. They also have beverages. Prices are typical for Buckhead. Policies are fair and contribute to maintaining a high standard.

I have been a loyal Nail Lab customer since 2022 and they never disappoint! Everyone here is so pleasant and extremely talented. Ivy has been doing my nails for a couple years and she is absolutely the best. 10/10 would recommend

updated reply at the end: I had the worst experience at this salon. I came in asking for an acrylic or SNS set with traditional tips. Instead, they immediately tried to convince me to get GelX (press-on tips with gel). I clearly explained that I had tried GelX with them before and had a bad experience with lifting and falling off. The told me, “If they fall off, you can come back,” but I explained I don’t have time to return every few days and preferred acrylic or SNS. She confirmed they offered those services, but continued pressuring me to change the method, which was frustrating and uncomfortable. Before starting, she asked what shape I wanted, and I showed her a reference photo of a rounded shape. She then tried to upsell me on an additional manicure service, which I declined because

I have no reason to misrepresent my experience. What I shared reflects exactly what occurred during my visit and how the situation was handled afterward. What’s far more telling is the tone and approach in your responses. A professional business typically uses feedback as an opportunity to clarify services or address concerns. I was looking for a nail salon that offers GelX. I initially found The Nail Lab on Instagram when I was searching for GelX in Atlanta. They had great pictures of their work and great reviews so I made an appointment initially with Kay. The nail salon is easy to find and they offer FREE parking in a parking structure which is amazing being they are in the heart of Buckhead. When I walked in my first impression was that this is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. You can tell the staff are all friends and do not have drama and they are young and know about all the trends which I love. Kay was so nice and super fast. I was in and out in 1 hr tops for GelX. Kay ended up going on maternity leave and the salon booked me with Ivy who I have been seeing ever since. Ivy is the best!! So sweet
