Summer and the team are the absolute best! They go above and beyond for their customers, and every person there feels like family! The quality of work is unmatched and if my nails didn't grow so quickly my manicures would last upwards of 6 weeks with gel builder, and I still get 3 to 4 weeks comfortably!

I usually go to Lab Nails for gel manicures and have had decent experiences in the past. However, this time was really disappointing. Within just 5 days, the topcoat started peeling off — something that shouldn’t happen with a gel manicure, especially after paying over $60. It felt rushed and not up to their usual standards. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Summer and her team at Nail Lab are the BEST. I’ve never had a bad nail tech here. They always give me exactly what I ask for, have great suggestions if I can’t decide what to get, and are transparent about all of their prices. They respect your time, so they will be honest if they don’t have time for a walk-in. I definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time.

I’ve been coming to The Nail Lab for a long time, and at this point, the staff honestly feels like family. Every visit is consistent, comfortable, and welcoming — they always greet me with genuine kindness and take such amazing care of me. The salon is clean, bright, and relaxing, but it’s the people who make it special. My nails always turn out perfect, no matter who I see. They pay attention to the details, remember my preferences, and never rush through the service. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this appreciated and this at home, but The Nail Lab delivers it every time. I’m a loyal customer for life.

I’m a new resident of Cumming & was looking for a nail salon. I found The Nail Lab on Google. My first appointment I had my mother in town who was visiting. We both came in for nails and pedicures. Christie did my nails and Pearl did my pedicure and from that first appointment, I will never go anywhere else. My mother (who is typically hard to please) said she wishes she had a Nail Lab where she lives in Florida! The owner was in the salon and she was so personable, bubbly, and friendly. I really enjoy that there are no TVs there. We were offered drinks and had great conversation. They are a “no fumes” nail salon which I sincerely appreciate!!
