Went in as a repeat customer very excited this evening for a set of 3d nails. Showed them a picture of what I desired and even assigned to a tech that had serviced me before. Needed nails done today for a trip that I am soon to set sail on. Tech gathered her supplies then stated that my nails would be “very expensive” as if I couldn’t afford the service. As if I had not spent much and more here before. I was insulted and visibly upset but remained calm. After she removed my nails and understood my vibe. I was then told she wasn't skilled in 3d nails and it would be an hour before I could be serviced by someone who could. Insulted and time wasted. Won’t be returning

It was a great first experience. Quinn was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job with my nails. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Throughout the process, she checked in to make sure the length and thickness matched the natural look I was going for—not too long or thick. I really appreciated her attention to detail.
