The Nail Lounge

Went in and checked in to make sure they have enough time for a Pedicure and SNS. The guy informed me yes they would be completed. Well sat to get pedicure, they gave me color and I picked what I wanted for nails and feet. They girl who did my pedicure did an amazing job. The girl who did my nails had me soak my SNS off, wanted me to pick a completely didn’t color, that I didn’t want because they didn’t have SNS color but never communicated that. So they soaked my nails, never filed them and let me leave looking at hot mess. The guy at check out said we don’t have nobody to do your nails. Will never go back and will not refer to anybody!

I came into the shop to get my nails done and was taken care of by a new nail tech until the nail tech I was use to was avaliable to do my pedicure when i was waiting to do my pedicure i asked the receptionist Loni if she could soak my feet while I Wait for my normal nail tech melissa who was helping another client Loni’s attitude was rude and she made it clear that she did not want to soak my feet I let her know I was a returning customer and did not like how her demeanor was and how she treated me in disregard upon my request ! Loni let me know she was just a rexeptionist and does not set water for customers or do nails none of that is her responsibility she was rude and disrespectful and should not be the face of nail Lounge I have visited 2 times before and this time the customer serv

The front desk person gave a warm and welcoming greeting. I was seen right away. Kaley took her time with my pedicure at the point where I almost went to sleep and Brian was very meticulous with my manicure. I showed a picture of a design I wanted and he nailed it!! Thanks for the great service!!

I had an amazing experience with Nail Tech Phoenix and Melissa truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and professional. Melissa is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about her work. She took her time to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them and offered great suggestions that elevated the final look.

I absolutely love Phoenix! I’ve been going to her for over a year and she is amazing!! Mr. Ken and Ms. Ann do my feet so well! They took their time and made sure that I liked everything in the process. I love the nail lounge!
