Nailed It Every Time ✨ I’ve been to The Nail Nest ATL three times now, and each visit has been consistently amazing! My nail tech, Hannah, is precise, professional, knowledgeable, and so attentive to detail. From Gel-X to gel manis with removals, my nails have looked *top tier* every time — and lasted well over a month without lifting or chipping. The salon is modern, clean, and welcoming, with a friendly, diverse staff. I’ve even had the owners’ baby visit during two of my appointments — the sweetest surprise! The music and complimentary beverage make it feel like a mini self-care retreat. Appointments start promptly (my longest wait was 3 minutes for sanitation), and services average about 1 hour 15 mins. Ang is the best Russian manicurist in Atlanta. She’s is very detailed and listens to her clients. I always have the best time during my appointments. She truly treats everyone like they’re her friends. She is very honest and every set I’ve done with her comes out the inspo pictures.

i wanted to give the nail nest a shot because i have heard great things about it (i will say i did SPECIFICALLY hear great things about hannah, so my first mistake was going with whoever was available instead of hannah; i believe i went to anna). i got a full acrylic set and a pedicure. the pedicure was fine. however, my full set was not the best. she did one thick coat of gel polish on each nail instead of two thin coats, which caused the designs on the nails to peel because they were not able to cure fully under the light. also, the nails were very flat; there was no curve/apex to the nail. the day after my appointment, i noticed one of my nails was peeling. i went back to get it fixed but it was still done somewhat haphazardly. later in the day, i noticed more nails were peeling. i ende

Update: the tech is now a problem as well, he has lied and told whoever just called me back that he did inform me that I was getting a manicure. That did not happen. The guy on the phone said, “we appreciate your review” I said, “do you really?” He said, “you know what, we’re just going to leave it at that” . Very ugly, very unprofessional, very much a liar. God bless these people. Save your money ladies and get the nails you desire for the price that reflects the quality. I think the artists at this salon are very talented but I’ve been disappointed by the customer service and attention to detail. I’ve been a loyal customer for The Nail Nest since before they started requiring prepayments. Somewhere between 1-2 years. I get gel x with nail art and a gel pedicure. I go to the same artist every time, her name is Snow. I have nothing against her personally, I think she’s a sweet lady but I think she rushes and is careless. She also never remembers me; while I’m not ego-driven and that really doesn’t bother me, it does attest to a lack of attention to detail and appreciation of clientele. I only go once a month, and this time around I went in for a Valentine’s Day themed design. I got my nails done Sunday and my nail popped off on my left hand, middle finger t
