I don’t believe I have ever once posted a good or bad review on google. Well anywhere for that matter. For starters, I went three with my two daughters who are 6 and 8. Wanted a pedicure for myself and only gel paint for my girls on nails only. Not only did they not allow me to bring my 8 month old with me, they were were very pushy and fussy with my kids and my toenail polish looked absolutely awful. I used to rave about this place weekly. Literally when asked for a recommended salon I always recommended the nail place. My gel pedicure is bumpy, not shiny, and the woman made the excuse that my nail is bumpy is why it was that way 😂😂 never had that happen nor have I heard that excuse. Just got my nails done here and loved every second of it. I use to come to this nail salon when I was very young and the front desk lady still remembers me and was excited to know how i’ve been doing. I did not have an appointment and wanted to get dip powder with tips. She told me there would be a 20 minute wait. This was no problem at all but after 10 minutes or less Matt called me back to get started. It was easily the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon. He made great conversation and asked how I liked my nails so far throughout the whole time. Due to the great conversation I felt I could actually say whether I liked something or not. However no correction was needed Matt did great and I will definitely recommend not only him but the Nail Place as the place to got for your nail ne

There are no reservations taken for Fridays and Saturdays, so it is walk-in. Anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and 45 minute wait. Put my name in and left, but when I returned, my name had been called, so I waited on site. No worries, I was called in about 45 minutes, and my nail technician, Em, took over and did a thorough job on my hands and feet. Enjoyed the comfy message chairs as well as the extreme caution and care they took with sanitizing everything. I thought the music and the atmosphere were a bit disonant as it took away from the relaxing overall experience.

At 3pm, I tried to walk-in to get a pedicure. The front desk person said that they didn't have time to do one because they close at 4:30pm. She also turned her nose up about painting my 4 year old daughter's finger nails. They don't want your business! Nice-nasty attitude and we won't go back here.
