The Nail Room

Pretty sure the lady that works here just needs a place to watch TV. Anytime I ever come in or call it feels like I'm interrupting her day and inconveniencing her. I've come in/called 3 times for eye brow waxing over the last 6 months and everytime she said she couldn't do it/didn't have time. Today I walked in to have acrylics removed, nothing else, and after she stopped using her tablet, she let me know she can't do acrylic removal and the other lady who could wasn't there. So...I give up I guess. Not sure why you bother coming to work at the nail salon if you can't even do nail removal.

Superb service in a tranquil setting I had a great mani-pedi at The Nail Room, and wanted to add my voice. This place is a Must go! . I was fortunate enough so I recommend calling ahead for appointments with the whole Covid thing going on. The staff is all friendly and welcoming--they have achieved the perfect balance between personable and professional client service. All in all, a very pleasurable experience. If you live in the area I definitely recommend! Yes

I got in there with my sister at 2:00, we were sat at the massage chairs because they were working on 2 people so we waited for over an hour and a half, when I got up to tell them we were leaving the lady told me she was almost finished LIES!!!! So around 3:40 we were told we were next. We did not get out of there until 6:30 and on top of that my sister didn’t get what she asked for and was charge $50 for a horrible job!!!!!!! Never again !!!!!!! This place does not know how to manage their time and it also looks like this people are on training!!!!!!!! Never go here ladiesss!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a full set acrylic with gel. My acrylic was thick and clumpy also my gel was lumpy. She laid the acrylic over my skin so I was bleeding lafter. A horrible experience don’t go here !!

I visited The Nail Technique on October 6, 2024, and I’m deeply upset by my experience. The technician refused to serve me, stating I should "go back where I did my nails before," simply because I’m Hispanic. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It’s disheartening to encounter such blatant racism. I hope the establishment takes this matter seriously to prevent similar situations in the future.
