10/10 experience. They squeezed me and my friend in for a last minute gel manicure during the great SF Power Outage™ of 2025. When the electricity went out and I thought we would have to come back tomorrow, the staff acted quickly — bringing out battery powered lights and UV nails lamps. They finished all of our manicures perfectly, and this is one of the best basic gel manis I’ve ever gotten in SF. Great professionalism, high quality work, competitive prices 👍

I've been coming here consistently for over a year for pedicures and builder gel manicures, and it's consistently the highest quality nail salon I've ever been to! The staff are so kind and suuuuper meticulous. A manicure here isn't always fast, but it's always flawless! ✨ Love this spot and so happy to be a regular here.

Had the best experience here getting a gel pedicure and a gel manicure with extensions! Everyone was incredibly thorough and kind. I was only visiting SF and honestly the most disappointing part of this experience is that I’m not local so I can’t come back. Can’t recommend enough!

I had an amazing experience at the salon! Vivian did a fantastic job with my nails. Her attention to detail is incredible. I didn’t even notice until I was at the salon that one of my nails was cracked about one-third up the nail bed, but she took great care in repairing it. Now, it’s like the crack was never there! The rest of the staff was also very nice, offering me pillows and ensuring I was comfortable. They even added a bit of silliness despite a language barrier, which made the whole experience delightful. My nails cost $100. Highly recommend their services!

I hadn't had my nails done in years but I wanted to try a gel x set for my birthday. I heard The Nail Room could do good cute designs and gel x so l drove into the city just to go to them and it was SO worth it. I found two design inspo pics on their IG and the tech did a combination of them for me and it turned out amazing. I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails before and everyone was asking where I got them done. The nails lasted 3 solid weeks. Not only was the design good but the shape was also perfect. I have since gotten a new set at a shop closer to me and while it was cheaper, the shape and attention to detail wasn't as good. They are also a lot bulkier and look more like press on nails whereas The Nail Room's set was thinner and looked way more natural and integrated.
