The Nail Shop

Love love love Kim is my girl for my hands and feet. Helen takes are of my husband's feet love her. Amazing work. They do not rush you out. Take there time and never hurt us. Love this. Of course Anthony is always a pleasure and we also love Victor is whom takes care of my mom.

Kim always does amazing on my nails, and everyone is always very nice when I go.

When I came in, I requested for a gel manicure and the greeter was very nice and led me to the gel color section. Shortly after, the nail tech came up to me and showed me where his booth was. I sat down and showed him the nail design/art I was wanting and without saying anything he just began with the manicure. Everything was going fine, up until he started painting my nails. In the inspiration photo, the stars are painted but he used foil nail stickers instead. I tried showing him the inspo photo again, but he proceeded with what he was doing. The stickers were not properly laid flat, but instead he kept coating them with clear coat in hopes that it will weigh them down. Unfortunately, after using the LED lamp they dried lifted off my nails and have globs of clear coat surrounding them. N

I have been coming for well over a year and the last couple of visits I have been disappointed. Lately they are overbooking and rush through the visit. To get to the next client. I rather be told "we can't get you in" instead of the feeling I am an inconvenience because you are rushing through the visit. Also the threat of moving techs or moving from stations because one tech starts and another needs to to take over is rude. Please know I always go with plenty of time to spare because I want a relaxing enjoyable visit. Im sad that I must find another shop for my "Me Time". I have really enjoyed coming here but I pay and always tip well. That I deserve better service than what I received lately.

To my Neighbors and My Community.....just FYI....I just had a pedicure with Bao at the Nail shop. Extremely Unprofessional work. Polish left on skin, left side toe nails left longer than right side. Nails are trimmed on an angle, nothing uniform about this work. I would never, ever, ever return to this place. I explained this situation to the owner and his response was you will have to pay for a second pedicure. They simply do not stand behind their work. When you pay top dollar, you expect top quality, not this for sure. This quality is unacceptable to me....
