The Nail Shop

First picture is what I wanted, mainly the French tip design. This is what I got. I believe it was the owner who did my nails, not to sure of his name. Normally I go to Ingram but I needed my nails done early and this salon was open early and the reviews seemed good! I was so disappointed at how my nails came out…. Left lots of nail product build up under my nails, my ring finger wasn’t shaped like the rest and some nails were already chipping off on the sides, some nails are clumpy and to top it off he couldn’t do the French tip design, he redid my middle finger and ring finger like 5 times until I told him “nevermind, just leave them like that” because I had already waited about an hour after I did my pedicure which my big toe was cut during. Worst experience ever!!!! Do not got here!!! I went in about 5 days ago and this is the outcome !! Bc of the storm they have been closed and I have a hectic work schedule that the only time I could go back was 5 days later after my thumbnail broke off the lady was very rude kept yelling Henry no here like I was causing a scene I told her I did not want him to fix them he did a poor job she kept continuing to say to come back tomorrow we’ll I can’t bc I work a hectic schedule and this is literally the only time I can come in smh i just left and went somewhere else and had them removed and redone worst $60 buks I ever spent there I’ll never go back stay away !!!

I just moved into the area & had 4 nail salons to pick from within a 2 block radius. I am so happy that I picked this one. Their hours accommodate my late work days, the shop is pristine & elegant & the employees are very friendly & courteous. My personal experience was with Henry. His 27 years of experience manifests through his amazing work. I am completely satisfied and joyful with my new set of solar nails. Extremely professional flawless work.

If u could give a 0 i will this place is so dirty there ugly and rude i asked if my daughter fould get her nails done they said no cause she was tiny so ahe staryed crying and they were telling her to be quiet and laughing at her

Went here bc it had good reviews. Worst nails I have gotten in a long time. I am now waiting at another nail salon to see if they can be fixed. The shape is so horrible. Very disappointed.
