The Nail Spa- Gulf Coast Town Center

The experience was amazing. It was my first time there… every single salon I’ve been too have always been rough with my toes and nails and I always end up leaving with a little blood from my cuticles… the ladies were amazing and they were very good at listening and making sure to keep in mind that I was sensitive. They didn’t get frustrated they simply said okay no problem and continued and was more cautious. They did my toes and nails. I’m not posting feet pics. But I’d go back for my next time to get them done for sure. Thank you again❤️

Darren did a great job removing my prior Gel-x nails and did a beautiful gel manicure on me and was really nice & personable! Will definitely come back here and request him 😊 bonus points for the salon being clean & cute decor! Edit to Add: I just went again and I am impressed all over again!!! Amy did my nails and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I chose white which is a hard color due to imperfections being obvious but there is not one single imperfection!! Her attention to detail is amazing! I got a mani and pedi and it’s the best I’ve ever had. I will add photos too!! This nail salon seems to only hire the best. Thank you Amy!! ❤️

Second time here and I recommend it wholeheartedly. Amy and Lisa did my nails (1st and 2nd time). The Nail Spa is definitely now MY PERMANENT go to nail spot. My bf gets pedicures here while I get my nails done and he recommends them too. He recently saw Mickey and she got his ingrowns out with ease and gave him a great pedi. I’ll probably get a pedi next time as well! Love this spot!

Had an amazing experience during our first time at The Nail Spa! Our entire family got manicures/pedicures, and everyone here took spectacular care of us. Highly recommended!!

Beyond disappointed and I will not ever return. Went in for gel removal and instead of letting the nails soak in acetone- the tech drilled them completely off leaving painful hot spots on all of my nails. There’s still a layer of clear gel on my nails that wasn’t removed and my nails are paper thin now, I’m overall just so upset. Improper and dangerous way of removing gel. My nails will take MONTHS to heal. Stay away. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anybody after paying for someone to ruin my nails.
