I came here while shopping and the lady that was doing my nails, kept picking at my big toe when cutting my cuticles, I told her that it hurt and she still kept doing it, now 2 days later I can’t walk on my foot and my big toe is very swollen. It’s as painful as it looks

Could be more gentle. I got cut twice, same finger, bleed quite a bit. slow down on the aggressiveness, please. It hurts Edit 1 (hour+9): after washed my hand a few times, I realized some other nail beds were also hurt, example on pic #3 and I put bandaid on the 1st finger since it’s still bleeding Edit 2 (day+1) the irritation around my nails are quite painful especially during hand washing. This might due to The excessive buffing on my side nails thinning my skin and removed a significant width of my nails (reference on pic #4)

I recently moved to Dallas and had a hard time finding a decent nail tech. I was out of options and needed my nails done for a trip and decided to give this salon a try. The ladies that worked on my nails did an excellent job, I’m very picky when it comes to the shaping of my nails and Vivian did her thing. Perfect shape perfect acrylic application. 10/10. I can’t remember the name of the lovely tech that did my feet but she did an excellent job.

My experience at The Nail Spa was a 10/10. I was recommended by a friend regarding their services and was left very impressed. Viviana was my nail tech and she did amazing! I was very satisfied with how it came out. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I asked for! Definitely recommend.

The technician was VERY careless and heavy handed. She cut two of my fingers and they bled while buffing. When I said I want the gel manicure she put on removed and don’t feel comfortable continuing, she instantly became rude and said I need to pay half of the price, and was not apologetic for hurting me. How does it make sense for me to PAY YOU to cut my fingers? Worst experience traumatized for life. Also there were no sanitation what’s so ever for the tools, now I’m concerned for an infection, I wish I could give ZERO stars!
