This nail salon is amazing. Michelle is such a great and experienced tech. I am generally a very simple, no design/single color, acrylic nail customer and Michelle is so nice and encouraging when it came to branching out. She never pressures me to add on services and always has suggestions or recommendations to offer that are tailored to my personal style and comfort level when I ask. I am always excited for her to handle my manicures. Ty is the guy for all things pedicures. He is beyond sweet and very gentle. He is an expert at taking care of any ingrown nails and takes his time, checking regularly that there isn't any pain and to confirm that there is no feeling of discomfort before moving on. I’ve been going to another place for 13 years and my friend recommended me here and let me just tell yalllllll . Here will be my new place to go too . Sarah is my nail tech I’ve been here twice and she’s been great both time . She is very good with details and she loves to do art designs, I showed her a inspo pic and she understood the assignment . She takes her time and has me leaving satisfied. Ty is my pedicure man and he is great too . He takes his time gets all the gunk out . He gives great massages as well . I love them all. Let’s just say I am a happy customer and I will be a regular here . My thing is SPEAK UP and tell them what you like and don’t like. They are very considerate and respectful here. Place is clean and very welcoming.

Do not book with nailsbyzalla! Scheduled an appointment with zalla here 2 weeks in advance for an acrylic pedicure and showed up about 9 minutes early and informed the desk about my appointment and they had no clue. Zalla wasn’t at the salon yet and apparently we weren’t put on the books so they asked us what we were there for (2 pedis one gel one acrylic) and they offered to start our pedicure off. We sat and started our soak when zalla walked in at 1:02 with a drink. Not a big deal at all I was early after all but then she started working on a walk ins manicure instead of taking over the client that specifically booked her 2 weeks in advance.
