Hi! Got my first ever wax here and safe to say I was not happy. I had Kelley and I did not feel comfortable at all, in fact I felt very judged. The wax itself turned out fine for the most part except there are a few spots with hair still. I know that you can call and get that fixed but I do not want to go back based on how I was treated. I think that this is something that a customer should feel comfortable and not like they are being judged the whole time.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! Everyone is friendly, the environment is clean, and it truly feels like a 0 judgment zone!
