The New Image Salon

I’ve been going to new image salon for years n Beth the owner has always made me so comfortable. She has a great personality n really cares about her customers. She’s very knowledgeable n really knows how to give you the perfect look you want. She foiled n cut my hair today n I feel amazing!!! My hair is so soft n the color is perfect. I have dark brown hair, and wanted to try something new by bleaching my bangs as light as possible without frying them. I had consulted with two salons prior to finding Beth, and was beginning to lose hope in achieving the look I wanted. The first salon was VERY unprofessional, by trying to convince(bully) me into something I didn’t want. The second made it painfully obvious they only wanted to rack up money off of me, telling me I wouldn’t achieve the look I wanted without coming in multiple times. Finally, I was recommended to Beth and I am so grateful to have went to her. New Image is great! I have been going to Beth, the owner, for 5 years now. I've never stayed with a stylist that long in the past. In all that time, I have always been satisfied and completely happy with her recommendations for me and her work. People ask me where I get my hair styled. She's the best!

I use to try to color my own hair....once I moved to Cecil County my mom told me she loved getting her done at New Image. I had no problems getting an appointment that fit my schedule, once at the salon it was great. Ms. Beth really listened to what I wanted to try, and took my dull lifeless hair and made it GREAT!!!! Ms. Beth is a truly an artist. Needless to say I no longer color my own hair. :) thank-you for making my hair beautiful!!!!!!

She is alright in a pinch. My biggest concern was when I saw her hair... not healthy, bleached daily it seems, and not styled well (she thinks it is healthy too!) My mother-in-law has constant success with New Image, but I have gone twice for highlights and styling and neither time was completely satisfied. She used the shower cap with holes (instead of foil) for highlights, so roots showed day 1. She did not use the correct color I desired - she used what she thought would look good. Cut and style was great.
