The New Star African Hair Braiding

I called today and asked for two braids and these was my results I will never 👎🏽 ever go back here if u couldn’t do two braids that’s all she had to say I’m mad 😡 asl I do not recommend this braid shop

My experience here was nothing less than TERRIBLE. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my French braids and she said fine I can do that for you. I trusted her to do my hair like I wanted it and it was all wrong. The parts were not straight, the braids were thin, the length was not as long as I wanted them, and my sections were not even. I would NEVER go back to this place or recommend them to anyone. I called them the next day to let her know how disappointed I was with my hair and she tried talking in circles just because she did not want to refund my money. I ended up taking my hair down the next day. If you want cute French braids please do not go here just an FYI

Absolutely horrible. I had them take down the top because it was so bad. Ended up saying forget it all together and left with only the back done. Went to another shop and they had a good laugh at how bad my braids were. So much so they didn't even want to put their work on top of it and told me I needed to take the braids the lady did down completely. They actually called the braids a mess. Smh

The shop itself is not even up to part, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

No matter what style you want Fatima charges 180 & up. The shop is not clean & they talk all over you while they’re doing your hair. They don’t wear a mask but require the customers to keep theirs on. The quality of the hair the use is cheap.
