From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming — the perfect place to relax and recharge. The staff is professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. My massage therapist took the time to listen to my needs and delivered one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. It’s great to see such a high-quality, locally owned business opening in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending The Northern Star Massage to friends and family!

While the store itself isn't very big, it has a wonderfully comfortable, clean, and relaxing environment. The real surprise was my therapist. I found a truly outstanding massage therapist—the kind I've been missing for a long time. Her technique is authentic and incredibly effective. It was exactly what I needed. Her name is Yo-yo I will definitely be a regular client from now on and I've already started telling all my friends about this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

I visited The Northern Star Massage a few days ago hoping for a relaxing session, but it was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. The therapist seemed untrained and rushed through the entire 60-minute session, applying uneven pressure that left me feeling sore rather than relieved. There was no consultation beforehand about my preferences or problem areas, and the technique felt amateurish—more like random rubbing than therapeutic work. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I was aggressively pressured for an exorbitant tip. The staff implied that anything less than $20 would be "disrespectful," despite the poor service. This place is great. I can say that I got the best massage ever so far. This has set the benchmark very high. I hope other places can keep up with this place. I went for 1 hr session with Grace. She did amazing work-like an artist. I think I tipped her decently. One great thing about this place is they don’t push for tips. This is going to be my go to place in Vegas.
