The Original Mayra's Beauty Salon Dominican Hair Style

I went to this hair salon a year ago and forgot to give a review because I was so upset that day... The first time, they gave me a good blow dry, but the second time I went, I asked them to wash my thick type 4c hair and the lady did it, but when I went home I instantly saw that it was just as dirty at the bottom as when I came in. I was so sad because I had given the lady (she was short and had ginger hair if I remember correctly) a tip too. I haven't and won't be coming back here again, maybe they do well with other hair types but hair salons should be able to manage all hair types and textures.

Mayra "Listens" to her clients and does her best to accomodate. Iam so happy with the results of my first visit. I am going to continue my haircare with her. She is very professional and honest. She answers questions and explains procedures.

Took me a while to find a good Spanish salon, finally found someone that does my hair right. Love this place and on top of that they have a hair braider named Aisha, I like to braid my hair here & there, she braids my hair so good & she’s so nice & friendly, so I go to her and when I’m going to blow out my hair I go to the Dominica ladies. Overall I’m satisfied with their services.

This place is terrible. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. BUT the lady snuck and used her products. My hair has been falling out for the last week and a half since I left that salon.

Mayra always does a good job w my moms hair.
