Excellent service! I had Hadley H. for my color and lowlights. She’s young and fresh out of school so Krystal (the owner) gave her tips. I was fine with it because we all have to start somewhere. My hair ended up a little different than the photo I showed but still absolutely stunning. My husband loved it too! Please have mercy, grace, kindness, and patience as the young graduated students just need a fighting chance to get started with their careers. See Krystal for your hair needs if this bothers you. The young girls are really good but need a little guidance. Hadley spent 5 hours on my hair with no complaints to make it beautiful. That’s very admirable. It’s worth it to give this place a chance!! I felt like a queen and was treated with respect and kindness. My hair ended up super cute.

Absolutely Love it ❤️ Just give her a picture about color hair and style, then Krystal did exactly what I want! My hair is still very smooth and healthy even after bleaching and coloring. She always do great. It gonna become the best salon for hair, eyelash in Conway that you should try!

The ladies at The Parlor have been absolutely AMAZING!!! I have anxiety, and Ms Juri and Ms Krystal were so patient with me and my million questions about the process to get what color I wanted. Absolutely love Krystal! I have been going to her for 6+ years and will never trust anyone else with my hair! You name it, she can do it! From lashes, hair extensions, cuts, colors, permanent jewelry, and waxing! So proud of her for take the leap and opening her own salon! She is a super star! 🫶🏼💫❤️

I paid $160 for a highlights and my hair looks exactly the same way as it did when I got there. I felt rushed and I even showed the owner a picture of how blonde my hair used to be and thats was exactly how I wanted it again. But she didn't foil my hair, she globbed something on my hair, washed my hair and that was it. I will never go back there again. She just opened her business but it will fail quickly. IF YOU WANT A TRIM GO TO THE PARLOR BUT IF YOU WANT ANYTHING ELSE DONE TO YOUR HAIR, STAY AWAY FROM THE PARLOR.. THE GIRL WHO DID MY HAIR WAS ONLY 19 AND HAD TO ASK THE OWNER HOW TO DO . EVERYTHING SHE DID TO MY HAIR, HORRIBLE PLACE, DONT GO TO THE PARLOR, plus she was so rude about how I used box dye on my hair. Then owner was chaotic and a complete psycho
