I absolutely LOVE the parlour. Sam was my stylist for the first time at the parlour over a year ago and now I always request her. The first time, I had three reference photos to show her and together we decided the exact color and style we wanted. She was very patient with me the whole time (since I am very indecisive). The end result ended up being so pretty and I loved it even more than I thought I would. Since I only like to get my hair done a few times a year, I was very concerned about how the color would grow out because I didn't want a sharp line. We had such a great experience at The Parlor in Grand Rapids. From the moment we walked in, the management made the whole place feel warm and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about how the salon is run and about every person who walks through the door. The staff is incredible, genuinely kind, easy to talk to, and amazing at what they do. It’s rare to find a place where everyone works so well together and creates such a comfortable vibe, but The Parlor absolutely has that.

I had my first appointment at The Parlour this past saturday and had Priscilla as my stylist, and she did an AMAZING job at achieving the look i was wanting.
