$350 completely wasted. This was, without question, the worst install I have ever received. Letiesha did not attempt to fix the mistakes at all. She only spoke about what would be done “differently next time,” which is unacceptable when I was actively dissatisfied during the appointment. The sewing of the wefts was extremely poor, with one track stopping abruptly in the middle of a large, visible space, leaving my hair looking unfinished and improperly installed. The work looks amateur and careless, not professional. To make matters worse, I had additional hair available, but I was told my head was “too small” for it to fit, which simply is not true given the large gaps left between tracks. I've gotten my hair done by Letiesha a couple of times, and all appointments have been a 10/10. The professionalism is great, and the prices match the quality of work, along with the experience you get. Unlike other salons, this one smells amazing, like snickerdoodle cookies instead of gel and GOT2B spray! She is the only person I've gone to for weaves, and I'm proud to say that. My hair is always flowy, and the curls last. From the wash bowl to the smiles when saying goodbye, every moment of the experience is great. She's also a great person to talk to, very easy to communicate with, and booking an appointment is easy, which I'm grateful for.
