Very terrible customer service. You’d think a smaller, locally owned business would actually care about customer experience — but clearly not here. The woman working was rude, condescending, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I’ll be taking my business to European Wax Center from now on and will be recommending that everyone I know do the same. Don’t waste your time or money here. Their motto is “Experience the Difference,” and trust me — you absolutely will… just not in a good way.

Saaniyah is absolutely the best! She is thorough, calm, professional, and absolutely meticulous. She is so great to be around in the most awkward situations. Highly recommend booking with Saaniyah for all your waxing needs. Incredible.

Sanniyah made it so comfortable for me. I went in scared knowing the pain I’d be in. But it was actually a lot less painful then the last times I’ve gone in to get waxed. I would definitely come again knowing how comfortable it was.

Mailove is truly the best waxer ever! She’s professional, gentle, and somehow makes the whole experience quick and stress-free. Super clean space, great energy, and PERFECT results every time. 10/10 recommend!

This is the best Pretty Kitty and waxing place in vegas!! I love how late they stay open and Saaniyah is beyond amazing. If you’re in the fence just jump! You won’t regret it!
