The Pretty Peach Wax Studio

I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt it was important to share my experience to warn others. I visited Gesi for an upper lip wax a few months ago, and the technique was very concerning. She used large waxing sticks meant for legs or larger body parts, which caused wax to get inside my nose. The wax was also uncomfortably hot. Most importantly, she went over the same area 5+ times. I know that industry standards suggest a maximum of two passes to avoid skin damage. As a result, I suffered painful burns on my lip. After two similar experiences, I will not be returning and would not recommend her for facial waxing.

I hate writing bad reviews but I went and got my eyebrows done today and literally part of my eyebrow is missing. When the esthetician asked me if everything looked good I said yes but then she asked if I wanted a trim. I asked her what she thought and we ended up trimming my eyebrows. It was my mistake I should’ve asked for the mirror back to check but when I got to my car I realized that the end of my eyebrow was not there. I’m so disappointed because this place is absolutely beautiful inside and the lady who did my eyebrows was sweet as well. I now have to draw in my eyebrow.

Gesi did an amazing job! She is professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Will definitely be going back, she forever has a customer with me.

I absolutely love Pretty peach! I’ve been waxed by numerous employees here, and they’ve all been very welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable. Special shout out to Lani! She focuses on small details. I always feel amazing afterwards, and she’s very precise with her waxing skills!
