This lady is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life scheduled me an appointment on the day before my birthday never told me I told you we’re not allowed to come so when I show up with my children she tells me I can’t have my appointment with the kids. I said OK well you didn’t tell me that she then apologise for that I said that’s fine. I will have somebody come and get my kids but because they couldn’t pick my kids up in 15 minutes they were gonna be 20 minutes she cancelled my appointment. Not to mention my appointment was set at 4:30 so I was not able to get another eyelash appointment
