I came in today desperate looking for help because I was unhappy with my hair I had done elsewhere. I was hoping they could help me and because I leave for a long vacation soon… the only girl that was there was very cold and I felt like I was bothering her. (I wasn’t trying to be seen right away just make an appointment and show them in person why I was unhappy with what I had.) her friend was very busy on the video chat so I tried to not take up too much of her time. She asked for my number so she could get in touch with me to try and work out the day or a different day… I never heard from her… over all I felt annoying and like a bother to them. Had an appointment for a silk press color block and a trim. The website shows the price and then when I showed up (on time for my appointment) she said that she should have had me come in for a consultation first and the price would change since she seen I had a lot of hair. Which I was willing to pay by the way. Then I waited for over an hour. She never said nothing to me after that. She was still doing someone elses hair. So I left. They can keep the deposit. Will not be going back. Update they sent me back my deposit.

Raven is such an amazing and talented hairstylist. My hair always look very elegant and most definitely worth the price. I always get wonderful complements about my hair. If you want your hair done right come to The Rave!!! you will be absolutely satisfied in a nice, clean and professional environment.

Love my hair by jasmin Garrett ! She got me in even when she was booked and did a great job! I’m not from OKC and needed someone to do me a style with short notice and she did just what I wanted and how I wanted couldn’t ask for better service. Best I’ve ever been to ! Highly recommend!

I hate to give a bad review. BUT....I have been there 4 times and all 4 times they have been late with my appointment. I am not talking about a few minutes I'm talking 30 mins to an hour. The final straw is that I set an appointment to have my hair done for a wedding I was in Saturday. I get to the salon at 3:30pm and had to be at the wedding location at 6:00pm, and the person I had the appointment with was not there when I arrived. I sit there while another beautician tried to contact her to see where she was. The person never showed and the beautician that was there did my hair. I was very disappointed that the person who was suppose to do my hair did not contact me to let me know she was not going to be there. Well I got my hair done & my style barely lasted the wedding. NEVER NEVER AGA
