The Raven's Hollow Barbershop

My husband has been going to Raven's Hollow for a few months now and loves it. First barber we found in Anderson that he is consistently pleased with his cuts. Loves the beard trims, too. Today, I took our 3 year old for a cut. He isn't the easiest customer as he has some sensory issues and doesn't love all the big sounds or the clippers, but the guys at Raven's Hollow take what could be an incredibly stressful experience and make it EASY. I can't tell you how nice and patient these guys are. I actually teared up on the way home, today was such a big win for my son. I couldn't have done it without the patience and kindness of our barber, Justin. His presence alone puts you at ease and he's great with the scissors. I arrived looking to get a beard trim needed an appointment per the sign which was fine so I started to put one in and the 5 minutes I was there none of the 3 people working made any kind of acknowledgement so I left. One of the three wasnt even working when I left. I will find an establishment that will treat potential clients with professionalism. Thank you for the response. I did see the posting thats why I was putting in for an appointment. You as the owner not believing common courtesy such as a casual greeting promotes good business and basic human decency it is not a wonder your employees don't believe in such behavior either.

A bunch of us, a groom and groomsmen came the day of the wedding. They were ready and waiting for us. Their attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism is top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks guys.

Great experience everytime. All of the barbers are professional and excellent at their craft. I don't go anywhere else. By appointment only(can do online).

Waste of time and you could have gained a customer. You should say on your website by appointment only.
