My hair needed a total over haul! I went there with old brown store bought dye and grays. My hair was about 10 inches from the base of my neck! Jamie and I decided to go with warm rose gold and a fresh layered cut. The day after was Thanksgiving day and my relatives were amazed! Everyone said how good I looked, and the beautiful colors in my hair especially sitting in the sun were amazing! Everyone wanted to know where I went and who did my hair! My referral said Jamie was the bomb, and that's where I should go! She was right! I am so loving my new hair color and style! Thank you Jamie. I found The Retreat Salon randomly when I just needed a quick haircut. I loved everything about the place. Everyone was so welcoming and fun. I also got one of the best haircuts of my life. I loved them so much I had them do the hair and makeup for my wedding AND mani pedis the day before. They did an amazing job again! Everyone looked beautiful and they made the morning of so fun and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this salon. Great service and AMAZING people.

Retreat Salon and Spa is my absolute favorite place to go in the Carrollton area. The service is excellent. You visit once, and they will remember your name for years to come! This place really makes you feel like family, not to mention the services they offer are top notch. I get my keratin hair treatment done here and it couldn't be more perfect! I also go here frequently for manicures and they always knock it out of the park. I have also had my brows done here, and eyelash tinting and perming. Every experience has been wonderful. While the salon was very accommodating when it came to scheduling and the owner was friendly, that was where the positives I can say about this place ended. I came into town for an event uptown and wanted to have my make-up done (I don't usually wear a lot and wanted a more polished bold look). The make-up artist barely greeted me and it appeared that she had just rolled out of bed or left the gym as her hair was a mess and she had no make-up on herself. This was odd considering her job. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she asked me what colors I was wearing so she could match my eyeshadow. This should have been my first clue - the picture I showed her was all natural colors and I certainly did not want to match my dress. Anyways, for that straightened out and she began

Visitor to City, Cindy worked me in at 10 AM for shellac manicure, pedicure and eyelash extensions. Great service and kind women. Easy trip by taxi and "home" on Street car.
