The Ritz-Carlton Spa, South Beach

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach was exceptional. The hotel management and staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable! Thank you Cielo and team for your attention to every detail! The property is beautiful, perfectly located and incredibly well run. Traveling as a family, we felt genuinely cared for and completely at ease. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to any family visiting Miami and look forward to returning.

Spent a few hours in the Spa and had a 50 min sport massage. The spa is very clean, relaxing, and modern. The men's lockers were impeccable and Rob was very accomodating making sure I had hot tea, snacks, and anything I needed to enjoy my visit. The massage was great. The therapist spoke to me about areas I wanted to focus on and adjusted the massage along the way. I'll go back for sure!

Absolutely horrible experience from the time I checked in and my wife and were told we should take all the luggage to the room ourselves. Was given a room on the club level and told I had access. It was then removed on the second day saying they made a mistake. After they told me all the amenities I would enjoy with this room. Hotel is extremely dated. Bathroom was filthy, as well as a broken tub, and exposed electrical wires. Honestly don’t even bother staying here. Some of the staff are extremely rude and indifferent. Including the manager. Even after they sent maintenance to fix all the issues, and yet nothing was fixed! For $1200 a night you would expect a much better experience. You would be better off staying at any other hotel in south beach!! I should have listened to all the other

I had a spa day pass and the facilities provided the perfect balance of tranquility and relaxation. Brenda at the front desk was very helpful and provided excellent hospitality.

I went here for a massage with Karla. She went above and beyond. She was extremely accommodating and attentive to my needs. I left the spa with no more neck/back soreness. Highly recommend!!! Overall great experience with the additional amenities and staff.
