I've frequent the place a good number of years and to be honest I will likely go back but it'll be a bit after I get over my frustrations. I've purchased clothing , massages, gift cards. And I wanted to do a pedicure for a wedding this weekend. My nails are bad due to trauma as a youth. Made a call to schedule something to see if they could take a look to see what they could offer and the lady place me on hold for 10 minutes. I might add I never had a unpleasant visit before but because I was stepping out my comfort zone it was a big deal for myself. At the very least after a couple of minutes she could have excuse herself and taken my number or simply asked me to call in a few minutes. My opinion is they have a very good business there and besides this one time excellent staff that cares

I was so incredibly impressed and pleased with the massage I received. I have had massages in the past at different places and this is the first time the massage therapist really listened to my concerns and focused on the areas I needed addressed. Can't wait to go back when I'm in town again! Would highly recommend!!!

I had to stand in line just over 10 minutes to check in because both women at the counter were busy with other customers. I had a 60 minute hot stone massage with Ricki and it was AMAZING. I loved that there was a relaxation room because so few places have one. Huge bonus. I would go back in a heartbeat.
