I have been a repeat customer for about 3 years now, I have hosted a spa party with them 3 or 4 times and had personal services a few times. I liked the environment in the beginning, The location had moved each time ( this was before the website showed it as a pop up spa). The cost and services provided made it worthwhile, however, there was ALWAYS an issue. Whether the hot tub was broken, they couldn't fulfill services because staff wasn't available. Things u sign up for tend to be unavailable the day of service, and they don't make you aware until you arrive.Still I want to support this business. So I login to the site only to find that the spa party has changed, u no longer offer actual "spa services " included with the spa party, only "wellness activities " aka painting with a t

This was definitely an experience to be had. From the moment we arrived, we received a pleasant welcome. Our dressing room was oriental themed and there was a calmness to it. The couple’s games that were in the dressing room brought a lot of enlightenment and enjoyment. The presentation of the fruits and veggies trays was definitely a nice touch. My sweetheart received flowers and a donut birthday cake which was presented by the staff unexpectedly. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna as well as a couples massage. All in all the self care experience was a wonderful “experience” that I would definitely recommend. Staff was top tier and the mimosas were delicious

I took my husband for his 30th birthday was amazing. I added personal chef the steak Was cooked to perfection no A1 sauce needed my chicken that I ordered was so juicy and delicious. Came with dessert, loaded potato it was so divine. Beautiful set up. The massages were amazing. Facials were amazing the hot tub beautiful overall my experience was 10 out of 10.

The place definitely looks a lot nicer online than it does in person. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady who greeted us at the front was very kind and welcoming, that was honestly the best part of the experience. This was our anniversary celebration, and it was our first day out without the kids, so we were really hoping for something special. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to the expectations, especially for the price. Cleanliness was a major issue. One of the hot tubs had stuff floating in it, which was honestly disgusting. The other hot tub wasn’t even hot completely took away from the experience. Even worse was the couch area. I didn’t even bother sitting over there because it looked dirty and had noticeable stains and on some of the throw pillows. When we arrived,

5 days before my scheduled appointment I got a voicemail from the manager to give her a call, So I call the number back and when she answers the phone she says this is the manager never mentions her name - now at this point I’m like hmm this kinda sus. she proceeds to tell me there’s been some flooding problems, mind u this a surprise for my man’s birthday I planned our entire day around this appointment so obviously no I can’t reschedule it’s too short of notice. She said there’s 3 sections of the building; personal, couples, groups - of course the section flooded is the couples section. So she offers to put us in the personal and just decorate it couples-y, okay cool that works… Let it be known we had a couples massage booked with a tiki hot tub and then we opted for the cheese & meat tr
