Every time I’m in Miami, The Shape SPA is a must. I always book their deep tissue massage, and it never disappoints. The team is incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely skilled at what they do. They truly know how to bring your body back to life and leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and balanced. Consistently great service, expert therapists, and a relaxing environment. Highly recommended if you’re in Miami and looking for top-quality bodywork.

I’ve been here before and I had a really pleasant experience with a package. Unfortunately I was treated very badly by the receptionist Ana. She waisted my time. I called 3 times to give heads up about being 10mins late. They have this automated system and I left message. When I arrived she treated me horribly saying I only have 45 mins. I kindly denied since I came almost 1,5hr travelling for a 1hr massage. While she went and took her time to chat with the therapist which we lost another 10mins, she said she will do full hour. I undressed and got ready. Therapist shows up and says she can only do 50. She should have told me before I undressed, they kept changing their answers. I highly recommend Andrea, she has been extremely professional and knowledgeable in lymphatic massage. I felt so much better after every massage I had. I also love the place and really appreciate everybody who works there.

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage after my surgery, and it made such a difference. The swelling in my abdomen and legs went down noticeably even after the first session. The therapist used very gentle but precise movements, and I felt lighter and more relaxed afterward. It also helped with my bloating and gave me a sense of overall well-being. Definitely something I’ll keep as part of my recovery and self-care routine!!! ❤️
