The Shop Coworking

Recently I was one of the first to work at The Shop in Gowanus, Brooklyn, and it was overall a fantastic experience. The space was beautiful, and the staff was very warm & inviting. Since it was my first time there they offered me some great member-exclusive perks (despite not being a member yet) such as free breakfast, and coffee. My favorite part though, was the Spotify playlist they had on while I was working there. The song selection and variety of music was absolute gold for surviving the work day. Thank You, Meg & Pam!

Gorgeous natural light, great music, and a beautifully designed space that’s easy to work in all day. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful — Meg and Brian especially make this place feel welcoming and well cared for. One of the best coworking spots I’ve used!

The best co-working space in Brooklyn with the best staff! Meg and Brian create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere in a multi-faceted space including private offices, work rooms and a shared lobby workspace (plus snacks!). The Shop is everything you could ask for in a co-working space!

I went to The Shop Workspace in Gowanus to get some work done, and it was a great experience. Anne greeted us when we arrived and was incredibly kind and welcoming. She gave us a tour and walked us to a private room where we could work comfortably. The space itself is super cool and has a great office atmosphere without feeling stiff. If you’re looking for a remote office, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

Truly, if you are looking for a "happy place" to work, I highly suggest becoming a member at The Shop in Gowanus. The moment you walk in, there is a sense of comfort and ease that takes you through your entire day. Meg, the community manager, is such a delight. Wherever you run into her, she will always greet you with warmth and a smile. The Shop embodies what co-working is SUPPOSED to be; beautifully balancing community with comfort, support and purpose. In a city where way too may co-working facilities have lost the point of their platforms, The Shop reminds us why co-working is such a special working environment. Highly recommend!
