Ohemgee I hate getting my hair cut. Usually, I shave my head with the clippers I use on my dog! I hate communicating what I might want. I can also be indecisive.... But... RACHAEL IS THE FREAKING BEST!! I'm not sure why it still says "jr stylist" by her name on the website.... She has cut my hair multiple times now, and EVERYWHERE I go, I get compliments. Plus, I really, actually LOVE it. This past visit, I spur of the moment had her dye it!! I discussed some color ideas, she showed me samples, and I just told her to do what she thought was best, lol!! Y'all EVEN MY NINETY YEAR OLD GRANDMA LIKES THE COLOR!!! Usually she dislikes anything not "traditional" so that was a completely unexpected compliment from her!!! I love this place, I love the laid-back vibe, I love the art, and I LOVE

Grazia is a perfectionist! She did my highlights exactly how I wanted — the color is perfect, natural, and bright. She’s so talented, fast, and efficient, yet takes the time to make everything flawless. I walked out feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend Grazia — she’s truly the best!

100% worth coming here for Meri Zakja! She is the best hair stylist I've ever seen in DC, and I've gone to *many* over the years. She's given me wonderful cuts and layers, and once she salvaged some *horrible* bleached highlights on me (from a different salon) with shatush that didn't damage my hair and grew out beautifully. She listens very well, taking into account exactly what you're asking for but also offering her expert advice. Overall, just a lovely person, great experience, and beautiful results! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the DC area.

She is not only the best with a lot of expertise, but she also listens and suggests style and solution that fit your hair characteristics. She shares many tips how to maintain hair afterwards. Rosa Brandon is amazing! She is so accommodating with scheduling and her color is on point! I’ve been with Rosa for years and followed her from salon to salon. If you are looking for any service from blow out, style, color, cut- think about asking for Rosa! I’ve gotten all services from her- partial to full highlights to balayage - she is wonderful and is fun to work with on top of her talent!
