My absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I’ve seen several nail techs and they’re all wonderful, but Toby is my go to for incredible nail art. He’s a true artist, friendly, and super quick. The salon is meticulous, I’m always offered a beverage, and prices are crazy reasonable for such great work. Highly, highly recommend!

I went here because it is a good location and I work in Norwalk. My normal salon is so out of the way. I should’ve went there. I liked the look of the sono nail and spa. I also liked the guy at the front desk. I showed her picture for gel x nail design. It seemed like she was rushing thru it but I went with it. It looked good. I liked the design but did not like the base color I picked out when she was all finished. She made me uncomfortable to even speak up because she said that’s the color I said and I’d have to pay for a color change. I did not cause a scene. So I paid and tipped like $4. I left the mall and began looking at my nails and realized some imperfections. Would I go to the salon again? Maybe. Would I go to that particular tech again? Today (1/21/26) I visited this salon for the first time after recently moving, since it’s closer to me than my usual nail place. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, modern, and located in a nice mall, which made a great first impression. Kenny helped me with my service. I came in to remove UV gel and get a regular manicure because I wanted to give my nails a break. I want to note that he was very gentle during the gel removal process, which I appreciated. However, the service began to feel rushed toward the end, especially after another client came in requesting a more expensive service. I was moved to another area to let my nails dry, and when I checked back in, the service was essentially finished. Unfortunately, I’m not fully happy with the final result. There are visible bubb

Honestly. I have really tried to love this place. They are really quick and if you have the right person do a great job. I never am one to really complain about my nails but I have had issues 3 times there. I kept going back because the times I had a good artist it was really good. But this last time will be my last. This is what my nails look like after 4 days. Gel pealing and tips cracking on the side. And mind you, this is after I had to have my artist almost completely redo them because they were so thick/ not uniform. I was not about to pay $90 for what I had. This is what I ended up with. So disappointing

I love this nail salon! I have been coming here for almost a year. I will never go anywhere else! The staff is amazing and nice. The products are high quality with great options of chrome, cat eye, and so many designs. The nail techs are so talented! They have drinks from Thai ice tea, Thai iced coffee to juice and wine! I also get my eyebrow and lip wax here! It’s great that it’s in the mall because there’s plenty of parking and I can go shopping after. I see Luna for my nails attached. I have added a few photos of different designs. I’ve had that I love by Luna! Thank you
