From the receptionist to the nurse everyone was welcoming and professional. Nancy is a very knowledgeable and caring person. I trust her judgement and had great results. She even follows up personally to ensure that all is well. I highly recommend this place.

I came in for a highly recommended Hydrafacial, and Mimi absolutely did not disappoint. She took the time to explain each step of the process and educate me on the benefits, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be scheduling my Hydrafacial on a quarterly basis moving forward. I'm very disappointed with the experience I've had with this doctor's office. I went in for a breast reduction consultation, and was told that it would be 1-2 weeks for insurance to get back to us. There was also a deadline because I was told my coverage would end by the end of April at their office. After nearly 3 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I followed up, just to hear back the next business day that nothing had been submitted. There was no communication from the office that my forms hadn't been submitted, or that there would be a delay longer than the initial 1-2 weeks communicated to me. The woman I spoke to on the phone tried to use the "The doctor's been busy" excuse, which was even worse to know the delay was on their end and not from the insurance, which I understand th

I have never been disappointed with any aesthetic treatment at the Spa at South Bay Plastic Surgeons- every clinician / aesthetician is top in the field. However, I had to jump on here to sing nurse Amelia’s praises ! Her skill set is impeccable and I have been doing a variety of laser and injectable treatments with her. I look better now in my late 50’s than I did in my 40’s and my skin is radiant thanks to her - shout out to Mimi for a fabulous facial yesterday too !

I’ve been coming here for a decade & love it. The staff here is the best & have low to no turnover which speaks to the support they get from their doctors. My skin & wellbeing are better for every aspect of care, treatments, products, and skill of their professionals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this med spa above any other in the South Bay!
