The Spa at Séc-he

I was able to experience “taking of the waters” during my 36 hour stay in town. The spa is beautiful, fun gift shop, friendly and attentive staff, clean facilities, and amenities to support a day of wellness. The zero gravity meditation chairs were a highlight. The spa does get busy, especially during high season, so my recommendation is begin at 8a and leave by 12p or begin later in the afternoon. The outdoor amenities were less crowded compared to the inside. For example, I was the only person at the pool until 11a. I appreciated the tour and variety restaurant menu.

While vacationing in Palm Springs, we decided to treat ourselves to a spa day and, after some research, landed on SÉC-HE Spa—and what an incredible find. Located in downtown Palm Springs, it truly feels like a serene oasis tucked away from the bustle of the city. We booked our visit somewhat late, so spa service options were limited, but my husband and I opted for the Taking of the Waters day pass. This included a 15-minute hot mineral bath and access to the spa facilities for the rest of the day, which was more than enough to fully enjoy everything SÉC-HE Spa has to offer. The facility is beautifully designed and very well organized, with separate men’s and women’s areas as well as co-ed spaces. There are multiple relaxation rooms, impeccably maintained dressing rooms, cold plunge pools

One of the best spa experiences I’ve had. The place exudes excellence—it’s incredibly clean, the pool cafe is delicious, and the staff are awesome! I had the quartz massage and my massage therapist, Nubia, gave me one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. She was warm from the first hello and made me feel welcome. The taking of the waters was quite the experience and very enjoyable; as were all indoor and outdoor activities.

THEE best Spa experience I’ve ever had. We took a girl’s trip to the desert for my best friend’s birthday. The itinerary was packed and The Spa at Séc-he was just another thing on the list. Unassuming. Once the day finally came, I was amazed at every stop. The cost for the day pass is well worth it for all the amenities. The facilities are well taken care of. They are clean, everything smells good, the staff are intentional, sweet and diligent, and the experience feels like paradise. One of the best parts of my spa day was the food. The complimentary snacks were the perfect energy boost to support me through the different phases of self-care. I also enjoyed a soup for breakfast at the café, and a protein-packed lunch by the pool. This day was such a happy day for me. No complaints.

First time visiting. 10 out of 10 I would recommend the spa. Me and my girlfriends got the one-day pass and it was absolutely amazing. Our chaperone Ms. Kimberly was fantastic and funny. After the day was over we felt relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the week. I can speak all day about how amazing this spa is. I absolutely recommend.
