What a wonderful massage I received today from my masseuse Jack! They was so kind to took me in last minute without a reservation and they was busy. The price was really affordable especially for Phoenixville and the masseuse took their time to understand what I needed to get a good self care day! I totally recommend and also I see that they offer facials by Tina who seems to be a pro so I can’t wait to go try that next!!!!

If you’re looking for a deeper tissue massage I suggest going somewhere else. They also did not give us a full hour. We started 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. So it was really a 45 minute massage. Then when we went to tip the front desk worker made a rude comment about how little we tipped. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I had scheduled a couples massage for 12:30. This massage itself was pretty good and the ladies were nice. However They Make a big deal About arriving early because if you don’t, it will intrude on your session because they have to give you a consultation first. Well, there’s no point in getting there early. My husband and I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes when nobody even came to greet us or anything. They open the door, poked their head in the waiting room and asked us if we had to use The bathroom before We get Started In which we replied no they said OK we’ll be back at 12:30 to get you. they come back at 12:30 and take us into the room. 11/10 service by so many kind employees! The owner Sonya came out to the shop and chatted with us and offered us a complimentary scented candle for the wait! It totally wasn’t needed because we understood they was busy but me and my gf appreciate it!
