Beware! This was my first visit to this salon and I decided to give it a try since it is just outside of my neighborhood in Weston. Rita completely destroyed my hair. She didn't listen to what I asked for a went a full six inches shorter turning a long bob into a choppy egg shape. She continued to try and cut shorter layers even when I told her to stop and that it looked terrible. I finally just stood up out of the chair to make her stop. The owner was standing there listening to the entire exchange and said nothing. Unfortunately, the cut is so bad and so short there is nothing to be done but wait. I left this salon incredibly disappointed and upset and was charged $55 to end up looking like Patricia Heaton circa 1998.
