I’ve had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon, mainly because of the owner’s behavior. Every time I request my regular nail tech, the owner ignores my request and assigns me to someone else, usually someone he personally prefers! This has happened to me multiple times, and the same thing has happened to my friend as well. He always claims my nail tech is “too busy,” and I believed it at first. But one time I clearly saw several nail techs sitting in the back with no customers while he still insisted mine was unavailable. It honestly felt like he was just lying to push certain workers instead of respecting customer requests. I just finished my visit to the salon to do an acrylic French manicure. Never in my life was my acrylic French manicure been done in 25min. The lady didn’t even offer me to wash my hands. I asked when I came in that I want to work with someone who know their job and can do it properly. This was a terrible experience and I can advise people to stay away from this salon and save themselves money for service that is below average.

they fit me in for a basic pedicure with no appointment and fiona did a great job! asked for french and she grabbed the OPI bubble bath as the base without me even having to ask. luxurious environment and well trained nail techs. i will be back!!

I have found my nail buddy here! The tech has my sense of humor and im always left with a smile. Even though ive been going regularly for two months now. For as long as they're there, im going to keep going. They do a great job and I'm always happy to go with my bestie 💙💙💜💜🥰

Nails fall off immediately- Beyond disappointed by this salon. My $60 NextGen Acrylic polish did not last more than 8 days. On the 8th day, a nail popped off and when I went back to get it fixed the following day, I was told 7 days is the limit and I would have to pay to repair them or pay even more to remove them. Very displeased with this studios policies, the duration that the manicure lasts, and their service. Will never go back.
