Made an appointment and on the scheduled day was told every excuse in the book as to why my hair stylist was late and not there. I waited over an hour for my hair stylist to arrive before I left, who funny enough was also getting her hair done elsewhere during the time she was suppose to be doing my hair. The hair stylist (who still hadn’t arrived) told me she would send my deposit back, but didn’t ($30, also never trust services that require a deposit. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt). Luckily I’m not strapped for cash, but these people don’t take their business seriously. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all it’s a joke. Harlem has better studios with better service.

Deysi was awesome. I came here from North Carolina and googled the best Dominicans in town and then this salon popped up but saying “temp closed”. I tried anyways because I know google updates are not always accurate. I called and she told me to come now before her next appointment, due to the fact I wasn’t far. I came in and she sanitized me well and provided me another type of face mask (love the cleanliness). I am definitely coming back here when I come back this way in 2 weeks. She’s amazing ‼️ The shop itself is A1 and would recommend to anyone in the area. She also offers color and eyebrow services and more .....check them out!! Thank you again D! I will be back!!!!!😘

It was my first time getting braids (as in adding hair to my hair) they did a great job, quick and professional. Very clean salon!
