It was very easy to make an appointment online. Although I was near the NE location, appointments were available the following day at the SE location. The text messages to welcome and remind me of the appointment and cancellation policy were timely. Be sure to allow extra time to find nearby neighborhood street parking. The space is simple but comfortable and clean.

The sugar mama gave me the most luxurious facial. It had face, neck, shoulder, foot, hand and scalp massage. I loved every minute of it.

I've been coming here for years and love the services I've gotten! My main is to be sugared, but I've also gotten facials, dermaplain, lash extensions, and lash tint. I've been serviced by all the employees over the years and even the owner, and I haven't had a bad experience. They're very welcoming, are vocal about being a safe space for everyone, and I've experienced that every time.

The Sugar Mama is a wonderful place for sugaring for all body types and genders. My partner and I have been seeing Case for several months and they are quick, efficient and great and what they do. Definitely recommend them! The studio is small but clean and comfortable. Very easy to make appointments either over the phone or via email. Prices are reasonable, and you pay even less if you are able to keep up with regular sessions.

Krystal is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for two years now consistently, and she never disappoints! She definitely gives you a warm welcome and makes you feel very comfortable. She also has great taste in music! Very professional and knowledgeable about her craft! Would recommend to anyone deciding to get sugared.
