The Surgeon's Chair Barbershop

If I could give this shop a 10 out of 10, I absolutely would. I’ve been going to Chris for the past five years and he’s easily the best barber I’ve had. He really listens to what you want and executes it perfectly every time. With over 10 years in the business, his experience definitely shows. I’m also a big fan of his appointment system. The longest you might wait is about 15 to 20 minutes, but 90 percent of the time you walk right in and get in the chair. If he’s ever running behind, he communicates it clearly which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a great barbershop that feels a bit more upscale and always has good conversation, I highly recommend it.

I’m from Kentucky. I’ve had $15 cuts that beat this. This was the worst haircut of my life!! What I asked for: a clean trim with shape, nothing crazy. What I got: A blunt, crooked fringe that looks like a kindergarten bowl cut. The front is hacked short with little bites taken out. Heavy bulk left on top so it puffs and splits, then a random thinned-out crater dead center. No blend anywhere. Sides don’t connect to the top. It’s like two different haircuts arguing. Beard work is rough. The line is jagged, left and right don’t match, and the goatee was snipped into a point that doesn’t fit my face. Mustache is uneven and scruffy after “finishing.” No real consult. No check-ins. No cleanup worth mentioning. I’m posting photos so folks can see I’m not exaggerating. This took me from “n

Chris provides top-tier service every time and cuts hair to perfection. Being in his chair feels like therapy it’s always a great experience, and he delivers exactly what I ask for each time. Juan offers the same level of excellence he’s calm, focused, and very precise with his work. I highly recommend both of them to anyone looking for a new barber. The shop has a welcoming, home like vibe and is always clean and well kept.
