The Tan Company

Their level five bed has been out of order for a very long time and it doesn’t seem like they plan on fixing it. I decided to tan in a level three bed today for 9 minutes and it burnt my back BAD, but I’m not burnt anywhere else. Yes, I apply tanning lotion all over very well just so I won’t burn. Also, half of the face bulbs were out on this bed too. They might as well say their level three bed is out of order too because I’ll never use that bed again. Sherry, if you see this please work on getting the beds fixed at North because I prefer to go to North over South.

Been tanning here for awhile now bc of my gym membership. Good hours and convenient but beds are not always as clean as they should be an the floors in stand up beds need attention, along with bulb changes! I had some issues with my bank credits being charged double what it was supposed to. I got it resolved but still a hassle that could've kept going on and on had I not paid attention and talked to manager about it. Sherry was awesome and handled my account to make sure it was corrected. Still something I dont think I should've ever had to deal with or worry about.

My experience with The Tan Company has been very positive. The salon is CLEAN and that is important to me. I get free childcare while I tan, where else do you find that? I like that the employees have taken the time to know who I am and I am greeted every time I go in. The prices are good, the beds are updated and it's clean, what more can you ask for? Thumbs up to The Tan Co.

Just got off the phone w/ one of their managers who informed me (after I was lead on by another manager that I would be able to fully access my bank even with my canceling my membership) that in order to access my $78 of bank, I would need to pay them $68 to re-activate my membership. WOW. So in order to get to MY money that I've ALREADY paid you, I now need to pay MORE money?? Of almost equal amount???!!! UNBELIEVABLE - will be telling everyone about this scam and highly encouraging them to NOT use this company.

I have tanned at tan co for a year and a half now and love it. Having worked at a tanning salon before I know what it takes. They are always putting my needs first and keep up with their bed Maintenance in a prompt manner. They have a wide lotion selection and bed selection to help get you that sexy summer glow! :)
