The Trump Spa

Better than expected. Great place to spend a weekend at the spa and the resort in general. Great food, amazing service and beautiful facilities.

My first time at the Trump Spa was amazing. It is not good for my wallet because I already want to go back. I went on a Monday for my birthday to get a message and my masseuse Nicole was phenomenal. She really focused on my areas of concern and was so lovely throughout the whole process. She found out it was my birthday and gave me a glass of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. So incredibly sweet. She alone would make me go back. The amenities were lovely and I got really lucky that there was barely anyone there. I used the steam room, the sauna, the cold plunge and the hot tub. All was clean and there were ample towels throughout the spa in case you forgot one. Lots of spaces to relax. The robe was so comfortable - I wish I could take it home with me!! There was also a “snack”

I need to start with our waiter/host. He (in pic) was the absolute best! Now, on to the spa itself...it was a bit disappointing from beginning to end. I made a reservation for my two daughters, 2 sisters,and myself for Mother’s Day, with Samantha. The day before my appointment, I noticed that we never got a confirmation email, call, or text, I thought it was strange. I called, and I was told that we all should have gotten an email the day I made the appointments. We did not. Rosa sent them a,d we all confirmed. Upon checking in at the desk, we were asked to pay for our services. In all the spas, in all the cities that I have been to, on different levels, I have NEVER been asked to pay for a service in advance. Is this your standard practice? We had an overall outstanding experience at the Spa. I had not been there in years and was pleasantly surprised with the renovations. Four of us went to celebrate a couple birthdays and spent the entire day at the facility and on the Hotel grounds. We enjoyed our massages, the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and a little bit of the freezing plunge pool. LOL. Later went on to have lunch at the Champions restaurant in the main building. Lunch was delicious! 3 bottles of champagne later we wrapped up the day by the main pool until it started raining. 😁 However, the staff was extremely pleasant, accommodating, and attentive to detail. Looking forward to our next visit real soon.
