Excellent service. Kristen did an amazing job with my cut. Understood exactly what I was looking for and did it flawlessly. Very meticulous and detail oriented. Great conversationalist. Had a lot of fun talking with Kristen, made the time go by fast while getting my haircut. Will definitely be booking future appointments with Kristen.

Vexed the Barber is sharp. He does a super sharp cut. Go in and ask for Vexed!! You won't regret it. JS Great shop and all the barbers are great.

I’ve been to many barbershops in my life, but The Twelve Hair Studio is hands down the best! Not only do they have top-notch barbers and hair professionals, but their service is second to none. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, and inclusive—everyone here makes you feel right at home the moment you step in. Kristen, in particular, is amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back for a cut from her whenever I’m in town. I just wish they had a location in the city I’m moving to. Truly an exceptional place!

We've had bad experiences with getting our sons haircut in the past but today we found an absolute professional. Kristen did an amazing job with our very talkative and wiggle worm of a child. She was extremely patient and answered all 5,000 questions that our son asked during our visit. The work that comes out of this studio is phenomenal and I can't recommend them enough.

Best barber shop in Jax hands down. All of the staff are skilled and friendly, I personally use Sam and have to use a spray bottle to keep girls away when he's done.
